What are your services like?
Our services consist of simple, yet meaningful worship, powerful prayer and Christ-centered biblical preaching. We are a community who not only hears God’s Word, but also strives to apply it and live it out in our everyday lives! We hope that you leave our services with a clear path forward and a deeper understanding of how to walk with Christ in your day to day life.
How long are they?
Our services typically do not run more than 1 hour long.
What is your style of worship?
A mixture of contemporary and traditional. Our main focus is on singing songs that have deep theological and personal richness. We’re not interested in repeating Christian mantras like mindless robots, but instead we choose to focus on proclaiming the wonders, excellencies, love and grace of Jesus our savior in every song we sing, regardless of whether it was written in 1534, or yesterday!
What is your style of teaching/preaching?
We teach Christ in all the Scriptures. Our main style of preaching is expository. Basically, expository preaching is when you take a book or a subsection of a book of the bible and preach through it verse by verse, paying special attention to proper interpretation and application as it relates to Christ and the Christian life for today. Basically, expository preaching bridges the gap from biblical text to Christian life today in modern Windsor, Ontario Canada. Typically our sermons do not run longer than 30 minutes.
What is typical attire?
Casual. Most people just wear their street clothes, some people even come in their work uniform! All we ask is that you wear something! 🙂
Is child care available?
We are a family integrated church, therefore we do not offer child care on Sunday mornings. We want families to worship together!
